Yes, I help run a small SMP server with friends, where I handle moderation, events, and community engagement.

Yes! I speak English, Urdu, and Sindhi also.

Around 10–20 hours a week, sometimes more depending on school schedule.

No, I’ve always followed the rules and maintain a clean record.

**You, as a candidate for this role, must have an experience of working on other projects (not necessarily Minecraft servers, could be other projects requiring moderation). Could you mention all the projects you've been working on before, for how long you've been there and what were your duties? Did you like the job and why?** 

Yes, I’ve moderated a public Discord server called “CraftVerse” (around 3.5k members) for over 8 months. My role included monitoring chats, handling tickets, running community events, and onboarding new members. I loved the role because it let me help build a positive, fun environment for everyone.

**Everyone does mistakes sometimes in their life. Does this sound similar to you? If so, could you tell us what mistake you did and how were you trying to fix it? How could this mistake be useful for your work?** 

Definitely. Once, I misunderstood a rule and accidentally muted someone for joking around — I later realized it was meant playfully. I apologized, unmuted them, and made sure to clarify the rules better in the future. It taught me to communicate more and ask for context before taking action, which is key in moderation.

**What are your strengths and weaknesses?** 

*Strengths:* I’m calm under pressure, fair, a good listener, and pretty quick to resolve issues. 

*Weaknesses:* I sometimes overthink decisions because I care a lot about doing things right — but I’m working on trusting my instincts more.

**Why are you applying for the Staff role on the SeedMc?** 

Because I love the server and the community — and I want to contribute more by helping out behind the scenes and keeping the space safe and fun for everyone.

**What is SeedMc for you?** 

It’s more than just a server — it’s a community where I’ve made friends, built cool stuff, and had some of my best Minecraft experiences.

I’m a student who’s really into gaming, editing videos, and coding small projects. Outside of Minecraft, I like football, music production, and photography. I'm also learning a bit of Python in my free time.
